Pretty basic, isn't it, Jon. The mounds of paperwork (legal ground-work) generated trying.. TRYING, to prove guilt is so tenuous. And then, only to have the punishment be a fine that gets ameliorated (made less) because of so many mitigating (really vague) questions of guilt dug up and presented by the defense. Wasted time and money is what it amounts to. But, bad news sells, doesn't it? This is so so sickening. Makes me want to punch the next (R)ss-hole who steps foot (trespasser) in my driveway right smack in the nose. Who might that include..? You decide..., they need to get their minds right. (I edited my post to remove the name of a certain 'reporter')
