I am not sure about laws per se but, there is a non-profit organization that supports Haitians and they are suing Vance and Traaaamp. If you can't get them into prison, take ALL their assets and use them to support marginalized people! I am SO sick of these people and the lies they spread without consequences!

Looks like amusing reading. A criminal case: too bad they can't sue for $$. 29 pages w/ evidence and dialogue and pictures! Tomorrow. The Haitian Bridge Alliance, Inc.,deserves a donation for this.
Good point. I don't believe they've even filed a suit yet, just stated they were going to. But I could be wrong. As a practical matter, their comments about the Haitian thing aren't likely to even make them liable for damages let alone get thrown into prison. We just don't do that in this country.
It raises consciousness though, irrespective of a judgement. The sense of "normalcy" of predatory behavior is much of the problem. Look at how long slavery was tolerated.

I actually want to see that pleading. I wonder if it a hate crime theory.

At least not until Trump gets back into office!
One thing we do do, though, is litigate!
