Texas has no term limits regarding the governor’s tenure so we struggle with abbott’s dictatorial administration advocating for Charter Schools under the bogus label of “Parents Choice” yet failing to mention that such a mention violates the amendment to the Texas Constitution that guarantees every child a “free public education”.
