Sadly, TPJ, I only do business with less than a handful of these corporations! But I contacted all so far that I do except AT&T. I'm on the cusp about threatening to cancel my cell phone service with them but I don't know yet where I'd go!
Right, they only know what you tell them. Tell a corp that you don't use that you will never buy their products in future, unless .... No need to change anything.
Threatening to boycott is effective lobbying.
