What is the lack of caffeine version of "In vino veritas" ("in wine there is truth")?
Did the ancient Romans have caffeine yet? Maybe tea from trade with the far east? Didn’t coffee originate in the “New” World, along with chocolate?
I'm sure they did. After consuming an adequate (two cups) of strong coffee, I think I need a Latin translation for "In caffeine there is clarity" (or in my case, consciousness).
