I simply shared the truth with you. My apology for upsetting your fragile ego with a bit of reality, but, hey, I live in reality, why not you? Equality is my goal.

Democrats are also playing their role in the slow-motion ruin of our finances. President Clinton undermined Social Security by loading up its trust fund with government IOUs (Treasury bonds). When the government debt hits the fan, probably through hyperinflation to escape from our foreign creditors, all the old people will starve.
John! None of us are happy with the national debt. Neither are Democrats in our government. I can find example after example of quotes that advocate a re-arrangement of our tax structure to go after the richest persons and businesses. They come from Democrats and democratic socialists. Which, if implemented, would again run surpluses, and reduce the debt. If implemented - there are powerful special interests and a strong political party that will do anything to make sure it doesn't get implemented. Don't blame Democrats.
You addressing me? Or John S? If me, what did I write to cause that response? If John S, I think you need to distinguish between the far left and the far right.
What I see is a rep of the far left. He cannot be accused of being a MAGA extremist or a Putin supporter (although were I Putin, I would take advantage of the dissention within the Democratic Party with dis-information). That is more far-right. The far left - a movement I am not familiar enough with. The reason I take at least a passing interest in what John says is that our younger electorate seems to look at things similarly, and are greatly critical of the Biden administration. Demonstrations on our college campuses for instance. And my own kids - they sneer at the current administration, and cannot believe we are furthering what they see as a holocaust in Gaza at the hands of Israel. Slow progress on global warming mitigation. Failure of the student loan promises (at least partial). Obvious influence of the rich and powerful as evidenced by the scuttling of the Bernie Sanders campaigns in both the last elections, complements of the DNC. They see the normal pace of a two-party government as unsuitable for these times, they recognize monied interests as being primarily motivated by protecting their money, and cannot seem to understand that to turn one's party platform towards exactly what the far left (or further left) advocates actually means to lose the election to the right wing. They are greatly disillusioned. Somehow - we have to get such a voting block to show up this November and vote blue. They won't vote red - that is more of a given. But they might stay home with a protest no-vote. We can't have that. And that is why I am hesitant to fully dismiss this sort of thing.
At the top, there is little difference between the Demublicans and the Republicrats. For the common people, labor unions favor Democrats and small businesspeople favor Republicans.
Above the Democrats and Republicans in the American power structure is the Establishment, which "softly" and incompletely dominates both parties with Big Money: neo-fascism.
If you look at the big picture, Biden the Vampire Liberal is leading us toward financial ruin, same as Trump, with the upcoming shredding of the social safety net as all the old people die. (That's part of why "they" are considering letting Trump back in, so Mr. Chronically Bankrupt can ram through the evisceration of Social Security and Medicare in the midst of the ruinous financial crisis that Biden is helping to precipitate. Trump failed in his back-room pledge to break Iran's balls, so they pulled the plug on him.)

So do you want a dictator that will take away all of our rights. Look at Russia, N Korea and China what life with a dictator. My choice of words do not give you the right to control my opinions of words. Just f******g don't like what I say, don't read what I say here. Yes I am anger that we have someone that will rip all our places, jobs, retirement, medications. Look at what Putin has done to Ukraine. Are you kissing tRump's "bottom", do you understand that word?
Schmuckle,
I simply shared the truth with you. My apology for upsetting your fragile ego with a bit of reality, but, hey, I live in reality, why not you? Equality is my goal.

You (if you are real) are uneducated or you are a MAGA stupid idiot.

We're doomed. All is lost. Please pass the wasabi.
I don't think we're doomed, but we ARE stuck on stupid with Biden or Trump in the White House as Establishment minions.
Hahahahahahahaahahaha

I don't suppose you have a reasoned rebuttal to go along with your choice of potty words.
Hahahahaha your "information" is BS.
So full of anger...

You seem to misunderstand where I'm coming from. Perhaps you'll have something to add to the discussion here:

Seriously, John, were you wringing deficit hearts when Trump was adding $7 trillion to the debt?
Wow! You are so confused !!!
