I didn't take it as snarky, the dfp sometimes behaves as though he's invincible as well. Both misnomers on his part will be remedied by a spell in a maximum security (for his own protection of course) federal resort, possibly in a Caribbean setting; I understand there are vacancies at the one in Cuba and located on a nice bay with a pretty beach.
