Merrick Garland failed the Test, what ever it may have been. Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett seem to have passed the religious Test. Let's see what Leonard Leo has used as a religious Test.

That would be a step in the right direction.

Impeachment may be the only practical remedy. The federal judiciary is unlikely to want to grapple with that tar baby.
