I do too. Three years ago I planted some lilacs in my back yard. Last spring the little twigs bloomed lilac bunches so big they bent the branches almost to the ground. This spring since we had such a mild mostly non-winter - no blooms. Lilacs need a cold, dormant period to bloom. Climate change, I’m not sure folks realize that it truly affects everything, even whether your lilac will bloom in the springtime.
