Everything they have done, especially allowing settlers to go into the West Bank and take good land, has been done without any respect to the people or their rights. Hamas was an outgrowth of this treatment. One thing I want to add is that "Palestinian" should not be equated with Hamas. It was Hamas who committed the horrible actions of October 6, not Palestinians.
