Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro - Trump's "brothers from other mothers" who have the same creepy morality issues as Trump and family, and an awful lot of wealthy, white Republicans that are in City and County governments and law enforcement.

Thanks for these audio versions that I can listen to in the car! The most amazing thing about Trump advisor Steve Bannon is that he says he's a Leninist who wants to destroy the state, like the Bolshevik leader, and yet is supported by right-wingers and very frank about Trump's strategy. “Lenin wanted to destroy the state and that’s my goal too,” said Bannon. “I want to bring everything crashing down and destroy all of today’s establishment.” https://www.thedailybeast.com/steve-bannon-trumps-top-guy-told-me-he-was-a-leninist

Both Bannon and Lenin depend on constant conflict and drama, “flooding the zone with shit,” in Bannon’s words. Lenin “deliberately used shock tactics. He was nearly always domineering, abusive and combative, and often downright vicious. He battered opponents into submission with the deliberate use of violent language, not because he was personally vicious – he wasn’t – but as a technique “calculated to evoke hatred, aversion, contempt … not to convince, not to correct the mistakes of the opponent but to destroy him, to wipe him and his organization off the face of the earth”. https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2017/feb/06/lenin-white-house-steve-bannon

I did a piece on how Lenin's revolutionary philosophy and strategy live on, even in Bannon. https://jimbuie.substack.com/p/russian-revolutionary-vladimir-lenin

Amazing how many Trump underlings have gone to prison, while Trump has so far escaped punishment for his crimes.

"Insufficient" the report says. Well, given what the state department says, the state department is insufficient.
