After a lot of very late nights in a row, I came home from work early today and fell asleep, which is quite unlike me. It feels like I never really properly work up, and so am admitting defeat and going to bed again for real. I missed posting a picture last weekend, so will make it up to you now with a dreamy image from my friend Peter. Kind of where my head seems to be tonight, and not a bad respite for all of us from what seems, once again, to be a daily firehose of news.
Thank you ~ recently living nearly 100% vicariously thru words & images --- this photo! Wow. Peace & Hope. Maybe one day again to be in the actual Pic. Thank you for sharing & plz rest ; )
I was in a bit of a twist today with what HCR so aptly named "a daily firehose of news" and with trepidation opened tonight's letter . . . . a photo of serenity - just what the "doctor" ordered for the possibility of a more peaceful night's sleep! 😔
Thank you for voice and the work that you do. And for your generosity. Also, last politics chat was especially on fire.
Sleep well and wake rested. Maybe take some time off. The coming election cycle will be draining. I guess it already is. I am hoping Wisconsin’s April 4th election is one that might help our democracy.
Rest well. You know your students are grateful for all you are doing.
Thank you for ALL you do! Hope you’re able to get some good rest!
Do sleep well! Thank you for this photo, and for all your letters. May your aubade tomorrow be late enough for you to be rested.
Sleep that knits up the ravell'd sleeve of care…
Sweet dreams. I am so grateful for your work.
Sleep well.
Absolutely beautiful photograph. Very calming.
You are entitled to a well deserved rest! Thank you so much for your thorough, intelligent newsletters.
