K I don't think Garland is investigating the coup plotters -- Trump and his advisors. He is only investigating the people who stormed the Capitol in response to Trump's urging. Garland has never confirmed the existence of an investigation into the attempted coup. The public has a right to know if Garland has opened an investigation into the coup plotters. Until he advises the public that he is investigating, he continues to undermine the public’s confidence in the rule of law.
How do you know that the DOJ is doing anything simultaneously?
