I kinda want more of Eastmans emails. Oh man, did I just say that? It’s not smoke, it’s a smoking gun that a crime was committed. Doesn’t that warrant more discovery? At least more by this judge?

There will be more discovery in this case. The judge was ruling in emails Jan 4-7, 2021. That set was only the first round. The subpoena covers a time period going back to early November 2020.

Other letters reported clowns like Mo Brooks saying Stop the Steal conversations and strategy started as far back as September 2020. Who was Eastman selling his plan to in September?

Definitely the case. This fact is critical because it undercuts their premise that the election was stolen. Trump was preparing to block the peaceful transfer of power in September 2020 because his internal polling showed him losing.

Then this…Cruz was in on it too, Mother Jones reports, his top aid resigned. Others close distanced themselves including Carly Fiorini.

The plot thickens. Wasn't aware of the Cruz connection. Why am I not surprised that he's friend with Eastman?

Perhaps the judge pulled out the pertinent docs that will do a fine job of nailing the coffin closed. So why more? More is not necessarily better.

I dunno, maybe more crimes were committed. These ass clowns remind me of Lay, Skilling, and Fastow. Where there are lies and fraud, there is typically skimming and stealing.
