I love a march, or just a stationary protest. Someone in my town decided to start a protest at our courthouse. She emailed a few friends, who emailed their friends, and a few hours later there were a hundred people on the sidewalk with their quickly created signs. Leaders made a few rules - stay on the sidewalk, no rude signs, no engaging with hecklers. The attendees interviewed by our paper said they just wanted to DO something. One woman said that most of her friends were too depressed to do anything.
Many people who passed in cars honked and gave the thumbs up. We absolutely need ways to show the coup leaders that we have not given up and we need ways to keep our morale up.
I can't agree with blocking highways. People hate that. It would fuel MAGA.
How about a march instead of a blockage. People can slow down and see what it's all about. Signs on overpasses are good as well.

Its the idea more than actually doing it. It would infuriate EVERYONE including supporters.
For those living near Washington DC: Remember when truckers blocked the Beltway by driving verrrry slowly around the 60-mile-long I-495?
