If I am right (my track record of predictions on Trump and his legal issues is stellar so far), and SCOTUS continues delaying a "lay-up" legal decision deep into the election season, that means the SCOTUS is a major player in the hostile takeover of our government by anti-democratic authoritarian forces. An outcome nobody could have anticipated I think.
