NEAL KATYAL did the live work at SCOTUS. Neal has a NEW Platform at Substack that was announced on Joyce Vance's Civil Discourse yesterday (good timing). Neal promises weekly in depth legal analysis.

I have already signed up for an annual Sub which comes with a significant discount. I have received three (3) posts. Neal is at the apex of his appellate skills.

I saw him interviewed this eve on, I think it was Lawrence O’Donnell’s MSNBC show & Lawrence said he’d give Neal a standing ovation for his SCOTUS legal victory if he wasn’t so wired up (mic’s, etc), so I stood in my kitchen and gave Neal a big rousing applause. If I recall correctly, Lawrence mentioned that Neal probably has a good 30 year or so career ahead of him….perhaps even to someday be nominated to sit on the court! Yes, job well done!

Neal has already made fifty that's five (5) ... zero (0) - 50 appearances before SCOTUS which is exactly 50 more than me..

I see him regularly on MSNBC. He and Andrew Weismann make a great comedy team talking about DT.

Neal's last apperanance at SCOTUS was the best oral argument at any appellate level I have ever witnessed in an over 30 year career.
