Kids with this diagnosis can then be diagnosed with conduct disorder (in adolescence)which in adulthood likely becomes Antisocial Personality Disorder, which is sociopathy and/or psychopathy or both. This, along with Narcissistic Personality Disorder fit tfg perfectly. The Antisocial P.D. accounts for his committing crimes without feeling guilt (no conscience). His constant lying is also part of Antisocial Personality Disorder as well as his huge need for attention which is part of his narcissism. This is what accounts for his telling on himself in interviews. His appetite for attention is insatiable.
