Nice to see a column about what government can do working for the public good. This is a sharp contrast to the MAGGOT Republicans, who seem determined to stand in the way of anybody who's actually trying to get something done.

Those Republicans and others who are against birth control don't understand what would happen. Basically, world populations would increase exponentially in a far more rapid time than they are doing now, and there are already over eight billion of us on the planet. Poverty would go far higher; healthcare would be overloaded; unemployment would go up; world hunger would increase; education would be non-existent for large numbers. And far more things would happen.

Those folks need to awaken to the bad things that stopping birth control would cause.
