The rethugs have been planning and installing their people in all our systems of government for a long time. Securing the SCOTUS was their final moment to strike and take over. The mob boss coming along was their lucky moment to have a dancing monkey out front literally on stage whilst they did their evil behind the red curtain. And that might be more than one red curtain...We still have not heard about the rethugs and putin from J6. I would say there was an army of vultures who attracted the perfect mob boss who made all the noise and chaos (rattler) they needed to strike against America. Us.
The rhetoric from the extreme right shows how long and how deeply they have hated the federal government. 45 was a perfect front for their strategy, while his strings are pulled from domestic and foreign terrorists and Bannon, et al. The deep state is them.
With Nixon, the cancer was in the White House. Dirty tricks and petty crimes, and obstruction of juctice should have put him in jail. The cancer came back with Ronald R. who should have been impeached for Iran Contra. GHWB pardoned the the Iran Contra felons and those responsible for the savings and loan crisis. Clinton was acquitted for lying under oath. GWB lied us into war and brought in contractors who did despicable things against the Geneva Convention without consequence to his or their reputation and power. We are now seeing how sparing the rod spoiled democracy.
