I enjoyed how this trace expanded between Eric and Fern. I learned new stuff as you pared. Personally, I would prefer to never hear about TFG, except an obituary in two words: It's Dead. And I also know we have to promote and spread the messages of success from Joe and Kamela. They have redirected the focus back to the Americans who make up America, rather than the plutocrats and oligarchs who seem to be the heros of the opposition. Our progressive penchant for self-critism, while worthy of glorifying in theory, does run the risk in public discourse to be self-defeating through the ears of the unconvinced. Sometimes a hot dog is just a hot dog and we are better off without an autopsy report.
