I live in Spain. The same is happening here. We live in a tourist city. I've a friend who is a doctor. She works part time in the emergency wing. Overflowing with covid and delta patients - many of whom refuse to believe they have covid. Now that the government has oked mask free outdoors, most of us continue to wear masks but the tourists don't. It is so depressing.
