There are far greater things for us to worry about than whether Tommy (what grown adult at his age runs around being called "Tommy?") will stifle the promotion of officers. His efforts to rile people up deserve a loud yawn and a comment of "Is this the only thing you have as a priority on your plate of things to do as a Senator?" Tommy warrants no attention. He is not even XMilitary.
At 68 years old, he probably "just" escaped the Draft or found a way to be exempted from it. The state he represents has a football coach for a Senator. Wow!
If you want something to be concerned about, keep an eye on what the FED is doing to kill Labor's income growth in a search for the Holy Grail of 2% yearly national growth. The FED will eventually succeed but their efforts will reap a greater impact on the economy than what they wished. But then, its just real Labor . . .
