The heat, the rhetoric, the letting slide for decades of small injustices (and some large like the 2008 banking scandal). What Trump is doing is so large, so wide reaching that it is getting everyones attention. All Americans have been thrown into a boiling pot. The Rt Reverend Mariann Budde gave a stirring sermon to wake everyone up to our obligations as human beings. I hope her words become the rallying cry of all Americans.
I woke up in the middle of the night, worried. Such spur-of-the-moment decisions such as J6th pardons of violent criminals, the "ah f' it" mentality to decision-making" did not sit well with me. For the first time in my life, I woke in the middle of the night worried about nuclear war. Donnie is not a trusted decision-maker. He can not be trusted with pardons, and we can't trust this guy with anything, let alone the nuclear launch codes. He is and remains a sociopath.
