I had the opportunity to have a fuss lecturer at ASU. it was Barry Goldwater in my History of China class. He talked a lot about Nixon and how he opened up trade. In the early 90’s this all sounded like it was a good thing for us but as I learn more about how our labor went there and was turned into child labor for cheap goods it doesn’t seem like such a good thing anymore. I;Mr glad Biden is bringing the jobs back.

Republicans talk about independent energy and we should keep our products here but they want to pay slave wages. They did the union busting and unions put food on my table growing up and kept us out of poverty.

I did admire John and Cindy McCain but those republicans are gone. Not a bit of integrity in any of them. The good conservatives aren’t in office and the Republican voters seem to only be interested in retaliation, drama and violence.

Are there good conservatives out there? Do they not vote or do they hold their nose and vote R down the ballot?

If there were “good” conservatives out there, they would have long since abandoned the party of shame around 2020, if not sooner.
