That's kind of the same approach right wing republicans use. And it isn't getting them anywhere either (thankfully). But they can keep things muddled up enough we could lose unless we get straight on what is at stake here. The two (or more) party system does work, but first you have to have working, politically healthy parties capable of engaging in rational discourse.
