Wishing you a good night’s sleep and rest. Self-care is important. Thank you, Dr. R for all your research and work and letters! In spite of the craziness, and malfeasance, and general badness out in the world you are a beacon of hope, information, and calmness. Be well, we need you!

We, in Maine, are blessed to have Heather and Janet amongst us; I am hard put to think of two finer clarions of truth, decency, character and resolve than them. ❤️❤️

We just returned from a trip to Maine (my favorite state) to visit a cousin. The reports from her and her friends about the "state of the governorship" were wonderful to hear. We lived in Maine during some of the "dark days". So glad to know Maine is in such good hands. Keep up the good work!

and politics too...the tide goes in, the tide goes out. flotsam and jetsam gets washed up and then washed away again. Footprints are there for an hour or two, then washed away. What remains is the water, the sand, the wind...

Beautiful imagery, Nathan—even if politics can be the radical opposite of beautiful!
