Listening is very useful. I can do mindless things like washsing dishes or dusting while hearing your views. Thanks for giving this a try.

I agree Ms Sally, it's wonderful to be able to listen -- this is such an impactful essay Ms Heather wrote, isn't it? We are living in a history book time, truly, and it's certain that history will note the impact of Ms Heather Cox Richardson's research helping guide our way

I agree Julie! And, I love hearing Dr. Riichardson's voice!

Surely there is something fundamentally wrong with a political system that can result in one a’hole holding up the entire government from doing their job. What is behind the rule that the House Speaker does not have to bring up legislation from the Senate or vice versa?

I think of it like a strategy board game that after many years, all the players know the little vulnerabilities that help you sneak a win. These DO NOTHING HATERS have figured out these tiny little flaws and they've widened them into massive xhasns. Look at their gerrymander shenanigans. From what my father says they've been corrupt since even before Ronald Reagan and now they've reached the breaking point.

Heather’s resolute emphasis on the evil machinations of the Republican Leadership, especially Trump and Mike Johnson sound like deeper passion and belief than written words could express.

She never allows her narrative to be dull reporting.

Oh goodness, the music at the end is so much sweeter than the music at the beginning. I'm not sure about the mishmash 🎵 🎵 that starts the podcast off. I'm completely addicted to the way your brain operates, Ms Richardson, you're helping me grasp sanity in this extremely dangerous time for a person like me,.

Any chance these audio options can drop sooner? By the time I get them I’ve already listened to the AI version. It’s what I do first thing every morning. Thank you so much, Heather!

These podcasts are a fine complement to the written version. Now I can listen to Professor Richardson while in the car. This additional format now gives me even more opportunity to say aloud when listening, "Yes, Heather, that's absolutely right!" Thank you.
