Uh... that's a parody account. As in, Jack Smith does NOT have a Twitter account, so someone else is free to create one under his name, provided they don't use @realJackESmith as the actual handle. We get the entertaining badass lines he would never say in real life, the person running the account gets clicks and giggles. Pre-Musk, it would be easier to spot immediately because there world be no blue check authentication. Now, not so much.
