April 4, 2022 Letter Missing

Hi Folks:

It turns out that a lot of us (including me) didn’t get last night’s letter. The IT people have figured out where the glitch was, and say they can resend it successfully. The issue should be fixed in time for the April 5 letter to go out as usual.

As many of you have found out, often servers see the notes as spam and they refuse to accept the letter at all. That happens to a few people every day, and IT can override the rejection one email address at a time. It’s a nuisance, but we haven’t figured out how to avoid it and still keep the notes, which seem to me important.

But this issue was global.

I’m sorry about this.

Within minutes of sending this, I will as IT to resend last night’s post.
