Hi Folks: It turns out that a lot of us (including me) didn’t get last night’s letter. The IT people have figured out where the glitch was, and say they can resend it successfully. The issue should be fixed in time for the April 5 letter to go out as usual.
I noticed that the April 4th letter was missing last night, so i went on a search. I hit the Library tab at the bottom of the home page. I opened the Letters From An American under my subscriptions. I found the April 4th letter that way. It was posted at 1:24 AM. I will not be deterred from my daily reading habit.
It remains a 'smart' Letter, HCR. I hope that you consider getting it to subscribers when possible. As ever the Letter resonates with the facts, with Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s importance to America, the Republican Party's attacks on Democracy, atrocities in Ukraine by Russian forces and the nobility of President Zelensky in his support of the country and the survival of democratic principles. I’m glad it was a technical glitch. At first I was concerned you could not post due to an issue with your health and well being. Take care and thank you for your continued attention and analysis of current events!
Interestingly, it popped up on an alert on my phone-I glanced at it and then it disappeared. I assumed it was me and read it on your FB feed. Never will miss one of your letters !!
No "letter" since saturday night.......worried that I might have been "dropped" due to some glitch. I don't have my Substack password either and it won't allow me to "correct" and reset.
OK. The issue was figured out. IT is resending. It was a glitch and should be fixed.... Thank you all for helping with this.
