I was playing around in yesterday’s post, because my “crazy rare find at Buddy’s wharf” was, of course, Buddy himself.
Took yesterday off and am going to take tonight, too. First time since September 15, 2019, I’ve taken more than a single day off, but our wedding seems like a worthy occasion, no?

I hope you and Buddy can feel the joy welling up in thousands of hearts across the globe as the news of your marriage is received. You are beloved by so many, Heather, for your brilliance, your wisdom, your infectious joie de vivre and humor, and your enormous generosity in sharing yourself with the world. May you continue to support each other in good health, with all of the love you feel today.
You crazy kids! Congrats! Take a few days off. But, uhm, our country needs you, so after appropriate celebration, get back to it!
