Army must arrest him as domestic terrorist. Charged w crimes against humanity and fair international trial. Less violence. Moral answer or we are becoming complicit murderers

I agree that the administration is eroding the rule of law. I NEVER thought we would see this here in the US!

Intense, awesomely intense 'chat' tonight focusing on the rule of law and quality before the law as core to our democracy, unifying our varied demands in our protests -- thanks!

OFF TOPIC--Roy Cohn

Is it just me, but Trumps relationship with, and grooming by, Roy Cohn, seems WORSE than his relationship with Epstein. Cohn's twisted psychology, never admitting when wrong, association with gangsters and the worst authoritarians established the arc of young Trump's future life. The Red Scare and decades of paranoia at home and hegemony abroad are reflected in our current political payche as the ICE militia and domestic terrorists are green-lit by the WH. And insane illegal military adventures echo the numerous wars against Latin America from the 50's forward. The hyperbolic Red Scare also seems to parallel the absurd hyperbole of the "Invasion Scare" of today. In the film THE APRENTICE Jeremy Strong gave a brilliant performance playing Cohn on the screen. Focus should made to these three fatally flawed historical characters: Trump Epstein and Cohn. And the warpped society that cyclically elevates such damaged people to prominance..

I forget who I was reading, one of our experts on the development of dictatorship/autocracy, who commented that the development of two parallel "systems of law" exactly as you have described, is typical. But of course this is nothing new. We've known for a long time that the rich and connected are subject to different rules than us peasants. Its just that here it will be blatant and no attempt to pretend to respect our system of law that at least to some extend tries to protect everybody and for enemies of the state so declared you know where they will go. I've been thinking and saying: those huge warehouses are not for the immigrants primarily.

On another front, have you all seen this? Wave Goodbye to the Last Normal Year for American Schools

Thanks to Trump’s “Big, Beautiful Bill,” the ’26–’27 school year will look wildly different.

Prescient: read Albert Camus’ 1938 play Caligula, Act 1.

Heather I watch you from the South of France. Dordogne to be exact. Your energy and clarity blows me away every time I listen to you.

And may I just remind your listeners of The Epstein Files, The Epstein Files, The Epstein Files?

Much appreciated. The variety and quantity of daily insult — political and human — is emotionally and cognitively destabilizing. After listening, I feel I have sufficient perspective to sleep well (enough) and lead a productive day tomorrow.

Trump does NOT control the federal government, the law does. He has no authority to control anything, read Article II! HE and his GOP supporters must hang.
