The wheels of justice turn slowly, but in his case they grind not at all.
TFFG, Bannon, Flynn and Stone should all be serving time.
TFFG has perfected the strategies of delay, deny and attack. These have served him well. There are so many of his followers that actually believe, he won the election in 2020 and therefore he should be President.
They continue to attack Biden and the justice system every day. The Democrats need to fight back. The professor, Joyce Vance, Jennifer Rubin are all fighting every day. Joe Biden is fighting every day. We all need to up the attacks and mock the deniers like TFFG and all of his loyalists.

Had I attempted to overthrow our US Gov't, my ass would'a been in the slammer so fast with no hope of delay by appeal after appeal.
