Tardy?...not often as it was St Patrice Day here in France and i saw the 4 leaf clove...and jumped to conclusions! Given the price of water without going to the expense of drilling your own well if allowed, you have every interest in planting locally adapted species that can survive the drought. My father in law lacked a great deal of common sense! We will probably be selling the property this year. This afternoon was "walking the labyrinthe" at Chartres Cathedral; a very much comtemplative activity.

I enjoy traveling with you, Stuart, even if it's just a walk. Okay, blame the dear father-in-law for his landscaping ignorance. I'll drop the subject, which is not easy for this plant. Where will you go? You don't seem content with France. Where to go in the world to live today...perhaps, it would be fun to figure out, particularly, if it shortens the time for war watching.
