Sorry Matt I have to disagree. FDR was great no doubt about that however, he had limited exposure to the public in real time for Americans to grasp the infirmity of his Polio. He also did not have what we have today to deal with, sound bites that can be manipulated, or a speech impediment, stuttering, for which President Biden has worked for years to overcome, but today’s sound bites don’t allow him to speak slowly so that his speech is clear with time to control his diction. But his brain is clear, his experience on the world stage invaluable and the results of his administration stellar considering what he inherited and the state of the entire world. My point, we need to get over the one man show and concentrate on the man and his administration and policies or accept project 2025 as our life. I for one am not ready to do that. Somehow I don’t think you are either. I am doing my best to get the word out to stop giving I even to a loosing strategy of replacing Biden because when we do, I don’t who care is on the ticket, we just gave it to Trump.

It is fine to disagree. We Dems and independents who are really Dems will have differences on this matter. I will happily vote for Joe in November if he is the candidate. All of my arguments are based on wondering if enough others will do so. Getting 90% of Dems and Dem-leaning independents won't be good enough.
