Do I need to be a lawyer to have an opinion that the Supreme Court decision on Presidential immunity is very dangerous to democracy in the US? No, of course not.
And I will vote for Biden over Trump even if his health declines further. But the question is will the rest of USians do the same?!?! It only takes a couple percent of independents to vote the other way.
In my opinion, many (most?) commentors here have their heads in the sand, hoping that staying the course will do no damage and result in victory.
