The Democratic National Committee (DNC) drew widespread mockery Thursday over a since-deleted social media post that showed how the cost of groceries skyrocketed under former President Joe Biden.
The X post included a graph of soaring cheese, alcohol, dairy, grocery, produce and meat prices dating back to October 2019, with the major inflection point being near the start of the Biden administration in 2021.
“Trump’s America,” read the tweet shared by @TheDemocrats.
“Prices are higher today than they were on July 2024 all in major categories listed below,” read the caption on the graphic, which did not note the source of the data.

Michelle historians have a job it’s to retell history. They don’t have to have any “” experience to regurgitate what’s already happened. When I was in college taking world history, one of our assignments was, we had to read two books about world history. They were both written by historians one American and one German, who were alive during World War II. You wouldn’t know the books were about the same story or the same topic or who won the war and why they won the war or why they lost the war. And that’s historians perspective not fact.
On the other hand, if you are educated in the economic world, for example example and you want to talk about comparisons of past history, using numbers and data that’s a totally different thing and even though it can be distorted and seen in a different light
