It’s interesting to me that you seem to be almost apologetic when you take a day off but you shouldn’t be. Here’s the thing, when you take a day off, I feel I can too. Usually, my day away from all the craziness puts me in a peaceful place and oh, that is such a wonderful feeling, even if for just one day.

Thanks for all you do for us and our country. Enjoy your well deserved peace.
Well said Linda K. I'll spend less time worrying about the nation and its nutcases today. Whew. Instead, I'll head to the garden and take our first cuttings of asparagus. I'll be reading about recipes for the queen of vegetables rather than more recipes for disaster.
On the memory front, Jordan Pond was a stop on our honeymoon week in Maine. So that photo is extra special to me as well. Hope you rested well, Professor.
Linda F. I totally agree with Linda K. I too enjoy how you tie all the pieces together. As Linda K. said. it's "such a wonderful feeling," and that for me drifts in and out through the day. Plus, I get inspired to create something and move forward.
What a beautiful story.

Exactly how I feel! She needs to take more rest days more often... as do I. A beautiful image, saving it for my lock screen.
Reflections on reflections....
Back and forward.
